Welcome!

I am an assistant professor at the Chair of Statistics and Econometrics, Department of Statistics, LMU Munich.

In the winter term 2025/26, I am serving as Interim Associate Professor of AI in Economics at the Department of Economics, LMU Munich.

My research interests lie in the area of econometrics, especially in causal inference and nonparametric methods. I hold a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Mannheim, and I was a postdoctoral researcher at University College London prior to joining LMU Munich.
